Insanity Fit Test
So on Monday I did the Insanity Fit Test for my second workout of the day; I went to fitness bootcamp in the morning. I haven't done this fit test since early August so I was really interested in seeing the results! Compared to my results when I was actually working the Insanity program six days a week, I didn't do too bad! Completing this also helped me to see where I need to improve, especially as I watched the playback of my video.
September Check-In
Just finished today's check-in and I am pleased with the results! Down 2 lbs in a month and almost all of my measurements went down. Finally seeing progress! I owe it to eating from the top two tiers of Michi's Ladder and working out at least 3 days a week.

Lost 5 lbs in two days
I lost 5 lbs on the 2 day fast! I am pleased with the results before starting round 2 of Insanity.
