Round 2 of Insanity Has Started!

Today was the first real workout in the program, day 1 is the fit test. After completing round 1 of the workout I had gone from a size 10/12 to a size 8/10. I didn't totally commit to the eating plan so I didn't achieve the maximum amount of weight loss I know I could have. This time I am fully committed! Natural Hair Care tips When Working Out

When I embarked on my fitness journey over a year ago I decided to keep low maintenance hair styles so that it wouldn't interfere with my workouts. A year and a half later, I have made the transition to natural hair! I no longer worry about ruining my hairdo and wasting my money. The best tip I can offer right now is to invest in a variety of cotton headbands. Goody ouchless headbands are great and inexpensive or a standard cotton headband will do. This will help keep your edges under control while you workout.
