I began my fitness journey last summer by starting and completing the Insanity 60 day workout program by Beachbody. At the end of the 60 days I was TRULY encouraged as I was finally able to see my body changing. While I have stayed committed to reaching my fitness goals, my body has hit a plateau but I am determined to push through it. So after completing the first 30 days of round 2 of Insanity, I have decided to switch to the 90 day ChaLEAN Extreme workout! I completed day 3 today and I love it so far! I am truly looking forward to seeing results! To confuse my muscles I am also going to add in some cardio 2-3 days a week.
