Shakeology Fast Oct 2010.mov
This is the last day of the 3 day Shakeology cleanse/fast! I lost 1 lb a day, 3 lbs total so I'm pleased with the results. I drank LOTS of water today to get through the hunger spells and I made it to the end!
I've outlined what I ate and the times below to hopefully help give others ideas how to do the fast.
9:00 AM Chocolate Shakeology
(1 serving chocolate Shakeology, 10 oz water)
8:30 AM Green Tea
12:00 PM Banana and water
1:00 PM Chocolate Shakeology
(1 serving chocolate Shakeology and 10 oz water)
3:30 PM Apple slices and water
8:00 Salad with 2 oz grilled chicken with avocado & a cup of green tea
(3 cups of romaine & spring mix lettuce, 2 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette dressing)
